DESIGN FEATURES

SIMPLE TO OPERATE Unskilled workers can quickly learn to produce perfect drills, set up and grinding is fast and the web can be thinned in few extra seconds. ACCURATE Rugged construction and precision components assure accurate and repeatable results for many years of heavy use. The six-jaw chuck accurately centers the drill which ensures that the cutting lips are ground equally in both length and angle to produce a precision point. VERSATILE The range of points that may be ground is astounding: Right-hand, left-hand drills, core drills, step drills, subland drills, center drills, counter sink drills, split points, N.C self-centering drill, sheet metal point drills, end mills and taps. Radial Relief Attachment Features (optional): Air bearing has a hard chromed spindle for long life, standard 5C collets. The tooth rest finger is easily adjust-able by turning a knurled knob on either end of the tooth rest bracket. "Clearance angle collar" marks angular setting easy-swivels universally for radial relief sharpening. Air bearing fixture is precision honed and capable of grinding to tight tolerances. Tools sharpened on an air bearing fixture cut smoother, the spindle floats on friction "finger sensitive" control for sharpening end mills as small as 2mm, sharpens all over-periphery, end teeth, notches, flute faces. Air bearing fixture is easily mounted to ZB-32 grinder. Cutting tool capacity-Ø42mm shank, 250mm flute length.

The radial relief attachment is especially designed for quick and accuracy grinding of body relief's of end mills as well as cutters, drills.
